If a seller fails to deliver the specified digital asset, or if the asset does not match the agreed description, the buyer's funds will be refunded in full.

Sellers who attempt fraud forfeit their 10% penalty fee.

Once a transaction is finalized and the buyer confirms receipt, no refunds can be issued.
